PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hazardous materials are classified according to a United Nations system comprising nine main classes. Beyond the hazard class itself, the mode of transport also plays a decisive role in determining the correct packaging approval. To simplify compliance for its customers, MYDG.SHOP provides 4DV‑approved plywood boxes, suitable for packing hazardous goods from classes 2 to 9 (excluding class 7) within the approved weight limits.
These collapsible plywood boxes undergo stringent testing by an authorised institute and carry all required UN markings. Approval certificates can be supplied on request, and specific approvals may also be arranged.
With robust construction and generous internal capacity, this UN box is ideal for a wide range of inner packagings including glass bottles, plastic containers, metal tins and composite packs. Delivered flat, it reduces storage and transport volume. Fully compliant with ISPM 15, it is suitable for export and compatible with all major transport regulations: ADR, IATA, IMDG and RID.
Minimum order quantity: 25 units | Production time: 3 weeks
