Shipping policy

Ordering online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. You can shop with complete confidence.

Credit or debit card

Immediate processing. Your order will be despatched within the standard timeframe.

Bank transfer

Select "contact customer" at checkout. We will email a proforma invoice with our bank details. Please allow an additional 7–10 working days for despatch once funds have cleared.

 Cheques will not be accepted.

2. Domestic delivery

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Buyer on the requested date, or the nearest possible date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis — please check the charge associated with each item before placing your order.

3. Delivery timeframes by region

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination of your order:

Spain & Portugal (Peninsular)

48–72 hours

Express delivery across the Iberian Peninsula. Timeframe is counted in working days from despatch.

🇪🇺
Europe

3–5 working days

Deliveries to EU member states and the rest of Europe. EXW Incoterm applies unless otherwise agreed.

Rest of world

The above timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They represent the standard level of service provided by our carrier and we always endeavour to meet these targets. Weather, transport and destination conditions may affect delivery.

If your order is time-critical, please contact our sales team for our guaranteed delivery service.

 The Buyer is responsible for all applicable local duties, taxes and customs charges.

4. Prices and VAT

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the order is placed. All prices are exclusive of VAT. In the event of an unexpected change in price, you will be informed and given the opportunity to reconsider your order before proceeding.

5. Failed delivery and storage

If the Seller is unable to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control, the Seller reserves the right to store the goods until delivery can be arranged. Any storage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

6. Returns and refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before despatch. If you are not fully satisfied with your order:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt — we will arrange collection of the complete order and issue a full refund for the items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For items that are faulty on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange an exchange.
  • All items to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging.
 Any damage, shortages or duplicate orders must be reported within 7 days of signing the delivery receipt.

7. Complaints

Any complaint received — by phone, email or letter — will be handled promptly, confidentially and effectively. We will acknowledge and respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
