Provides Cargo Acceptance Personnel with knowledge of the labels and handling of dangerous goods, in accordance with IATA DGR Cat. 7 Table 1.5.A

Course Objective
At the end of the DGR training, participants will have the necessary knowledge to:
Identify and classify dangerous goods
Recognize and identify dangerous goods labels and package specification marks
Take into account the provisions for Dangerous Goods in passengers’ and crew’s baggage
Familiarize themselves with dangerous goods emergency response procedures
Know the rules for loading, storage and inspection
Complete the document (NOTOC) notification to the captain of dangerous goods
This training has been developed using a competency-based training and assessment approach: Chapter 7 of the IATA DGR manual.
Minimum Duration
180 minutes
Final Assessment
At the end of the course, a multiple-choice exam is administered. Students must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass. Students have two attempts to pass the exam.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will receive a certificate via email. The certificate is valid for 24 months.
