A liquid is assigned to class 3 if the substance is not completely gaseous at a temperature of a maximum of 20 degrees or the steam pressure is a maximum of 300 kPa with a temperature of 50 degrees. Class 3 also includes substances that have a flash point of a maximum of 60 degrees or substances that have a flash point of over 60 degrees but are transported in melted form at a temperature similar to or higher than their flash point
