PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hazardous materials are classified according to a United Nations system consisting of nine main classes. In addition to the hazard class, the mode of transport also plays a crucial role in determining the correct packaging approval. To simplify compliance for its customers, MYDG.SHOP provides 4DV‑approved plywood boxes, suitable for packing hazardous goods from classes 2 to 9 (excluding class 7) up to the approved limits.
These collapsible plywood boxes undergo rigorous testing by an authorised institute and carry all required UN markings. Certificates of approval are available on request, and specific approvals can be arranged if needed.
With compact dimensions and robust construction, this UN box is ideal for smaller inner packagings such as bottles, jars, metal cans and composite containers. It is delivered flat for easy storage and is fully compliant with ISPM 15, making it suitable for international transport.
